With a focus on real food, mindset, and consistency, I guide clients to achieve lasting results without giving up the foods they love.

When I’m not coaching, I enjoy sports, being outdoors, and working on creative projects.

Hi, I’m Holly Bartsch, 80-20 Online Personal Trainer and group manager.

I graduated in Kinesiology from Iowa State in 2010 and became an ACE-certified trainer. For the past 12 years, I’ve worked as a personal trainer with clients of all ages, and I’ve also managed corporate wellness programs and a health club.

I’m certified in TRX, Health Coaching, Strength Training for Seniors, and Functional Training.
